30-DAY & MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
As described from our pricing page (horseracingfigs.com/pricing), both the 30-Day and Monthly subscriber should receive five racecards (merged as one PDF file) on each day of their subscription's relevant billing cycle, but there might be a racing day in which five North American track venues are not available - either due to the seasonal calendar schedule or inclement weather conditions.
If there happens to be a successive run of more than two days that meets this given scenario, then we will prorate the subscription purchase with either an incremental refund (for the Monthly Subscribers) or a time extension (for the 30-Day Subscribers).
CANCELLATION POLICY
All sales are final and complete, with no cancellation returns; unless prescribed by the special clarifications below (Refund Policy section).
REFUND POLICY
We do provide a FULL refund on any purchase order that was completed (Premium Subscription) through our Website's payment flow - Stripe – under the following circumstance:
- If one of the track venues associated with a 1-Day Package purchase suddenly announces their full card's cancellation; based likely (but not limited) upon severe weather conditions.
ADDITIONAL CLARIFICATION:
We are not obligated to provide a complete or partial refund for any other reason/circumstance that has not been disclosed from this Terms policy; but may deliver one, purely on the sole discretion of horseracingfigs.com's managing proprietor.
NO WARRANTY ON PURCHASES
